One of the highlights of the interview is some “backstory” on a scene in the documentary when a young Ram Dass attracts several hundred “hippie’s” onto his father’s upscale estate in Massachusetts. It is a beautiful story involving parental love.

The interview conveys a transformation of consciousness that opened a life path for this young man very different from anything he, or his family, might have imagined for him.
