Dear Nancy:
Your comments on the blame issue with the oil spill are right on. I was having dinner with a friend who was expressing her anger and grief over the situation and I suddenly found myself asking myself “How does this train of thought help?”. I realized later that I was having awareness of mental climate. Your words about humility and inspired ideas give something new to the oil spill conversation. Thanks, Nancy.
